ladies cycling in west area
cycling is a fun exercise, yet effective in losing weight. any ladies like to cycle on sunday mornings? meeting point is the cross junction between boon lay way and jurong town hall road. we can cycle along the jurong park connector all the way to its end at jalan ahmad ibrahim near caterpillar factory, this back and forth trip is maybe 15-20km (i can do a more exact measurement if necessary). if want to head for steam room or jacuzzi or swim, another 5km of cycling to my home.
exercise, lose weight, keep fit and healthy the fun way. for safety sake, will not be cycling on the roads. please have light breakfast by 8am, set out to meeting place at maybe 9:40am so that can reach meeting place at 10am. the cycling exercise should end by 12:30pm even if want to cycle to my home, then the steam room and jacuzzi and swim should end at about 1:30pm then lunch just nice. hope to have one or two female companion cyclists this sunday 22 february. please pm if keen, thanks. |

cycling can help to lose weight, which explains why there is usually stationary bikes in gyms. i was plump in my early teens, until my dad bought a bike i became lean and mean after cycling for few years.
